Terms of Use

Before using Webhook Scheduler, please read these terms carefully. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms below.

Last updated: January 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any feature of Webhook Scheduler ("Service"), you ("User" or "Company") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and all documents incorporated by reference.

If you are contracting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this document, discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Service Description

Managed webhook infrastructure, so your engineering team can focus on your core product.

Webhook Scheduler is an infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platform for scheduling, delivering and automatically retrying HTTP webhooks. We provide: scheduling by datetime or CRON expression, automatic exponential retry with backoff up to 7 hours and 36 minutes, real-time observability dashboard, HMAC-SHA256 payload signing and complete data isolation per tenant.

The Service is provided "as is" within the limits defined by the contracted plan. Features exclusive to higher plans (Cron Jobs, automatic Circuit Breaker, global variables) are not available on lower plans.

3. Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials (dashboard password and API Keys). Any activity performed with your credentials is your sole responsibility.

API Keys must be stored securely and never exposed in public repositories, application logs or error messages. Webhook Scheduler is not liable for leaks resulting from poor credential management by the user.

You must immediately notify contato@schedulerwebhook.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for any legitimate business purpose involving HTTP webhook delivery, CRON automation and system integration.

It is strictly prohibited to use the Service for: bulk spam or unsolicited communications, denial of service attacks (DoS/DDoS) against third-party systems, distributing malware or malicious code via payloads, exfiltrating third-party data without consent, or evading security controls.

Webhook Scheduler may suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice, reserving the right to pursue legal action when applicable.

5. Availability and SLA

We commit to the availability levels defined in our SLA document. For the Pro plan, the target is 99.5% monthly uptime. For the Scale plan, the target is 99.9% with priority support.

Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance by email and are not computed as downtime. Failures in third-party webhook destinations (customer URLs) do not constitute Service downtime.

6. Billing and Payment

No billing surprises. Fixed BRL pricing, no currency fluctuation.

Billing is monthly in Brazilian Reais (BRL) via the Asaas payment gateway. We accept Pix, bank slip and credit card. Webhook Scheduler does not store card data directly.

In case of non-payment, the account will be suspended after automatic notification by Asaas. Accounts inactive for 30 consecutive days after suspension are subject to permanent cascading data deletion.

The Free plan is permanently free within defined limits (300 lifetime webhooks, no SLA guarantee). We do not charge retroactively on plan upgrades.

7. Intellectual Property

The code, interface, "Webhook Scheduler" brand and all documentation are the exclusive property of the Service's maintaining company, protected by Brazilian intellectual property laws.

Data you send to the Service (payloads, URLs, configurations) remains your property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process that data solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Webhook Scheduler be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including data loss, revenue loss or business interruption.

Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months of service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the Service, legislation or our business practices. We will notify registered users by email with at least 15 days notice for material changes.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Sao Paulo, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.
